Who we are

The Shakthi Foundation was founded by Ashika Senevirathna in 2013. The organisation is based in Ambalangoda and support a range of community and wildlife projects. Including English Teaching & Childcare, Sea Turtle Conservation and Dog Rescue.

The foundation contributes to several of the United Nations Sustainbale Developmemt Goals. We host on average 1,500 international volunteers every year who work hard at each of these projects to help us achieve these goals.
